Recently, the Li Tingxin research group from the School of Physics and Astronomy at Shanghai Jiao Tong University and the Liu Xiaoxue research group from the Li Zhengdao Research Institute published a research paper titled "Tunable superconductivity in electric - and hole doped Bernal bilayer graphene" in Nature. This study is the first to observe the superconducting properties of electron doping in single crystal graphene, which is of great significance for understanding the superconducting mechanisms of crystalline graphene and angle graphene systems, designing and preparing high-quality new superconducting quantum devices based on graphene systems, and so on.
