Inner Mongolia Xinyuan is located in Wulanchabu New Material Industry Development Zone. In 2015, it established an annual output of 10000 Tons of lithium-ion battery anode material full industry chain production line is the first enterprise in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region to realize the integrated production of secondary granulation and graphitization. The process uses unique secondary particles and coating technology to design and develop new anode materials specifically for low temperature and high battery life. The production equipment and supporting facilities such as raw material crushing, coating, shaping, graphitization, carbonization, screening, packaging, transportation, storage, and feeding in the production process have realized automatic control. In order to save energy and reduce emissions and promote high-quality development of enterprises. Participated in the compilation of three industry standards, namely "Technical Requirements for Evaluation of Zero Carbon Plants for Lithium-ion Battery Anode Materials", "Guidelines for Evaluation of Carbon Footprint of Lithium-ion Battery Products: Part 4 Anode Materials" and "Accounting Requirements for Greenhouse Gas Emissions of Anode Materials Enterprises", which were established by China Electronic Energy Saving Technology Association. It was the first to put forward specific indicators of relevant standards in the lithium battery anode materials industry. The company has autonomous region-level R & D center, technology center and Wulanchabu Key Laboratory for lithium battery anode materials, with 26 independent intellectual property rights. Has achieved the ISO9001:2015 quality management system certification, ISO14001:2015 environmental management system and ISO45001:2018 occupational health and safety management system certification, IATF16949-2016 automobile management certification, ISO50001:2018 energy management system.

Main customers: Guoxuan Gaoke, Tianjin Jiewei Power, Anhui Lishi, Henan Xinquan Energy, Liyang Tianmu Pilot, Ningde Times, Shenzhen Xiongyu shares, Guangzhou Penghui and other domestic mainstream battery manufacturers.

In recent years, with the rapid growth of demand for new energy vehicles and power batteries, artificial graphite has become a mainstream product in the field of power batteries and high-end consumer batteries. In 2019, the original production line will be technically transformed to form an annual capacity of 20000 tons of lithium-ion battery anode materials for the entire industrial chain.

In 2022, Xinyuan Co., Ltd. will invest 2.5 billion yuan to build a 100000-ton high-performance lithium-ion battery anode material project in Chayouhouqi Industrial Park, Wulanchabu New Material Industry Development Zone. The first phase of the 40000-ton integrated project covers an area of 200 mu with an investment of 1 billion yuan. The second phase of the 60000-ton integrated project is planned to use 380 mu of land with a planned investment of 1.5 billion yuan. It is expected to be completed in December 2025, the annual sales income is 4.5 billion yuan, the profit is 0.8 billion yuan, and various taxes are 0.3 billion yuan, which can place 800 people in employment.
